WHAT IS ABOVE ?
To be above is to be on top of something or everything in an organization, to be above is to be well respected among folks, pears and others, to be above is to seek things above and not mundane and to seek things above as i am using it here is not going to heaven but to see the betterment of a society or an area where you decide from an angle that is above the thinking elevations of other (Pears) in that society.
WHAT IS PEARS?
Pears are group of people or people of the same society that does things together or groups that work as a team, though to have pears is to have friends, pears is good in every aspect of life, they serve as people who you walk through to get to your assertion point, pears in the society defines how you will walk life, bad pears influence you to go against the values and tenets that makes up a society, good pears encourage you on how to achieve your goals in life, as you can see on this two point, you will notice that they serves as the determiner of your life.
HOW TO GET ABOVE PEARS
To be pears means to be determined and act in an humble way in order to get to the point where no one sees you can get, determination matters most in getting above pears, if you are totally determined you will work hard toward your goals, and if you work hard toward your goal this is a very best way to come above every pears and folks you reside in a society together, the world we leaves in today is a world that calls for struggle, though not through physical conflict but competitions that we do every day, some belief they are never competing in life, the person who do not compete is the person who stays stagnant to is "two a day" food circle, you can't tell me you don't compete with pears and others, why did you try winning a contract ? don't you know their is another person out there that needs it? don't you want to use fine things? or don't you want to be well respected in an organization?, so if you know you need all these, then you are competing with family, friends, folks and so on, so this is why you need to get this tips as follows :
- BE HUMBLE : When you are humble people don't see you from what point you are coming out to them, it is your humbleness that brings love to their heart, and love to their heart means you keep getting one steps above pears and people in your surroundings, people of a community never fully love one other but you being humble they will think you are totally submitted but at meetings and other policy organization majority beliefs you without knowing each others mind, they give the glory and honor just for you humbleness.
- BE STRATEGIC : You have always need to be strategic, strategy is one way one can get things done fast, if you are strategic, you know where to apply this for things to work and you know where to apply that to let that work, for this be wise so that people don't think you are actually tricking them.
- WORK HARD : Determination don't get to the success lane not until working hard joins, when you work hard you get all you wanted, when you work hard every good things to be above pears, folks and people comes to you, when you work hard it will worth it and through your working hard system of making life easy for you, you are already building respect for your children and children's children, even working hard as a tips of being on top of things and people make others see and learn from you, and from this point you have also create value and as you know value is the importance and relevance attached to some certain things. now with these I think you can get started from this point and you can always get what you want.
