WHAT IS CO-OPERATION? ATTRIBUTES AND BENEFIT OF CO-OPERATION

This is a new edition on our educational post and this moment we will be talking on cooperation as one of the national value, as we all know that cooperation strengthen the long time speech that together we stand and divided we fall, for a country to work out well or for if national value to be seen all over by other countries and across the globe such country must strengthen cooperation and exercise it to the betterment of their society. 

WHAT IS CO-OPERATION 

Cooperation is the working together of people in other to gain or achieve a particular aim which will benefit all participants. The purpose of cooperation is to achieve a goal, corporation as the word  is use in cooperative society which means that the members only want to achieve an aim together, no man tends to be the king or mountain to which all knowledge of the world is derived from, and as one can reason that one tree can never make a forest, so there is the need for cooperation in our society to uplift it. 

Member residing in a particular geographical territory must work together as a team so that their aim can be achieved, even for things to work properly in a school, offices, the society and the nation in general, we needs cooperation. 

For the betterment of a society lies in the power of cooperation between the leaders or the office holders in a country and the follower, follower that is citizens must be willing to cooperate with what the laid down constitution that has been structured by the legislature says. 

ATTRIBUTES OF CO-OPERATION  

1. SUPPORTING : when you support others to achieve a particular goal, it means you have also achieved something through what you have done, in this case it might not be physical things like money and so on but you have either gain reputation as your own goal or other abstract appreciation that gives you satisfaction, where there is cooperation people support one another to achieve a common goal. Followers give total support to leaders and this is the only way to achieve common goal. Supporting did not only stops on helping people around you alone, but also can be extend to helping the less privileged. There are ways we can support victims of occurrence and disaster through self help project. 
2. OBEDIENCE : In a society where there is cooperation, there is always obedience because the younger ones listen to the elders in the society, the younger in the society are well trained not by parent alone but by people of the society, neighbors and so on, obedience is one main instrument that brings rapid development to a society and ensure smooth running of the society, with obedience there is cooperation that help the citizens life to grow and the societal aims are achieved through this. 
3. TOLERANCE : one who can't tolerate cannot cooperate and intolerance is an instrument that comes before war, chaos, misunderstanding and all other pretty bad things, if one is tolerable he cooperate and work with others to achieve an aim, when one is tolerable you see from what aspect you can do things with other for both of you to gain at balance pace, to tolerate is to cooperate with others in achieving a goal, some people can't do with others, they belief in religion differences and so on, but with tolerance, we will have the ability to live with others peacefully despite our differences as a result of family, ethics, ethnics, background and so on. 
4. CARING : members of the society should try as much as possible to show sympathy and care for one another because this is one way to cooperate, those who are blessed to have are expected to help those that are not up to them by giving them contract, jobs and so on, it is not Cooperation anymore when you only care about people who are your pears alone, as a rich pear try helping the lower class. 
5. SHARING : This is one habit everyone should try inculcate, don't think because you have it all today, it is not going to be better for others in future, so thrive to help the less privileges through sharing, and mind you not until you give them money you have share things, why can't you share view with them, idea on how some business works, opinions and so on, this are ways to make a better society and for cooperation to reign, we have to share what we have among ourselves, since no man is seen as island of knowledge on his own, if we share resources that we have with others, it helps cure poverty and hunger, from this point there will be reduction in theft rate and so on. 

BENEFIT OF CO-OPERATION 

• Cooperation is just the leading point to achieving goals and aims which Might be very difficult for an individual to accomplish. 
• With cooperation their is more social amenities and people of a particular country can grow evenly. 
• With cooperation in a society there is tolerance at home, work, business and this are factors that contribute to the smooth running of a country, the country keeps growing in face of all others across the globe. 
• Cooperation fosters good and friendly relationship among members of the society. 
• Cooperation leads to better result, cooperation yield better result at the end of what has been cooperate on, life needs cooperation at any level to yield better results.
